Our chocolates are made using the finest ingredients but also an ingredient that can’t be bought… LOVE! Each chocolate is made with the knowledge that every person tries just one chocolate first and that one experience will determine whether they want to devour more Choclicious chocolates.

This experience is not just about taste but also about the visual experience, the smell and the feel of chocolate. If it’s a good experience you will also hear the chocolate talking to you. It needs to engage all FIVE senses.

How we make the chocolates
We take the finest couverture (see “All About Chocolate” to discover the difference between Couverture and compound chocolate), temper it and transform it into delicious chocolates. The tempering process is done with great precision to ensure that the chocolates have a high gloss finish and a great snap.

Design
We consider chocolate to be as much a visual experience as a taste experience. Each chocolate is carefully designed and decorated to be small masterpieces. Nearly half are hand decorated and our moulded chocolates are treated with great care to ensure they have a high gloss.

 

Recipes
Our recipes have been created, refined and tested by all our staff with combined chocolate making experience of over 30 years. Our ingredients are all natural with no preservatives. Our fillings are made using the freshest cream, roasted nuts, fresh fruits, quality liqueurs and the finest chocolate.

You will not find any vegetable fats in our chocolates & truffles. The use of these fresh ingredients and no preservatives can limit the life of some of our chocolates but consumption well before our best before date is easily achieved.

All Australian
Our chocolates are wholly made in South East Queensland, Australia.
